Chauff-Her | Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Bookings, Fleet Capacity & Pricing

  • Inclusions: All quotes are all-inclusive of the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, commercial insurance, and GST.

  • Adjustments: Quotes are based on your initial itinerary. Chauff-Her reserves the right to amend pricing if passenger numbers, routes, or times change.

  • Specialist Bookings: Meet the Winemaker/Special Tours tours require a minimum of 14 days' notice to secure.

  • Capacity Limits: For safety and insurance compliance, passenger limits are strictly enforced: maximum 7 guests for the Mercedes Valente & Nissan Elgrand and maximum 14 guests for the Luxury Sprinter.

2. Payments & Account Terms

  • Deposit & Final Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The final balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to your service date.

  • Failure to Pay: If the balance is not received 7 days prior, Chauff-Her reserves the right to cancel the booking, retain the deposit, and reallocate the vehicle.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash, PayID, BPAY, Bank Transfer, or EFTPOS (Visa, Mastercard, Amex—merchant fees apply).

  • Late Payments: Overdue corporate or account invoices will automatically incur a late payment fee of 1% per month, calculated daily from the original due date.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 7+ Days’ Notice: Cancellations must be made in writing to bookings@chauff-her.com.au. Bookings cancelled with 7 or more days' notice will receive a full refund.

  • Less Than 7 Days’ Notice: Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date are strictly non-refundable and forfeit all payments made.

4. On-Board Standards & Guest Conduct

  • Food & Beverage: To maintain vehicle cleanliness, the consumption of food or beverages requires prior approval. Bottled water is permitted.

  • Alcohol: In accordance with WA transport regulations, the consumption of liquor is strictly prohibited inside all Chauff-Her vehicles.

  • Refusal of Service: Chauff-Her maintains a strict duty of care. We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a service immediately, without refund, if a passenger is intoxicated, ill, or behaving in an anti-social, unsafe, or unlawful manner.

  • Cleaning & Damage Fee: If a vehicle interior is soiled or damaged, a minimum $300+ cleaning and restoration fee will be charged to the booking holder to cover specialist detailing and vehicle downtime.

5. Liability & Delays

  • Itinerary Delays: While our chauffeurs are meticulously punctual, pick-up times are approximate. Chauff-Her takes no responsibility for financial loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from delays caused by traffic, road conditions, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Health Regulations: We operate in strict accordance with the latest WA Department of Health recommendations for both our guests and our team.
