FAQs
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a straightforward 7-day cancellation window. Bookings cancelled in writing to bookings@chauff-her.com.au with 7 or more days' notice will receive a full refund of all payments made. Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice are strictly non-refundable, and the 50% booking deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations directly related to official health restrictions (proof required), your deposit will be held as a flexible credit to use toward rescheduling your future trip.
Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes, we provide premium private transfers to and from Perth Domestic Airport, Perth International Airport, and Busselton Margaret River Airport (BQB). Our specialized transfer services also include coordinating luxury ground logistics for private charter flights and helicopter arrivals or departures within the South West region.
What happens if my flight is delayed or early?
There is no need to worry about scheduling changes. We actively track your flight in real time using your provided flight number, ensuring your chauffeur is perfectly timed to meet you at the arrivals terminal whether your flight lands early or experiences a delay.
Can alcohol be consumed in Chauff-Her’s vehicles?
In strict accordance with Western Australian transport regulations, the consumption of liquor is prohibited inside all of our vehicles. However, you are warmly encouraged to purchase your favorite bottles from the local wineries, breweries, and distilleries along your tour—we will safely transport your purchases unopened so you can enjoy them at your accommodation.
Can food and non-alcoholic drinks be consumed in the vehicle?
To maintain our immaculate fleet presentation and the highest standards of comfort for all guests, the consumption of food or beverages on board requires prior approval. Complimentary bottled water is provided for your journey, and guests are always welcome to enjoy it freely.
What happens if a passenger is sick in the vehicle?
We take immense pride in the pristine condition of our luxury fleet. In the event that a passenger vomits or soils the vehicle interior, a professional detailing and vehicle downtime fee of between $300 and $700 AUD will be charged directly to the booking holder, depending on the severity of the restoration required.
Can Chauff-Her plan the itinerary for our wine, beer, or gin tour?
Absolutely. We love crafting bespoke, custom itineraries tailored completely to your taste. We can seamlessly coordinate a full day exploring world-class wineries, boutique craft breweries, artisan gin distilleries, and local gourmet providores. We are also highly experienced in the region and happy to recommend and book the perfect long lunch venue for your group.
Do you have music available in the vehicle?
Yes, our vehicles feature premium sound systems. You are welcome to sit back and enjoy our extensive, curated house playlists, or you can easily connect your own device via Bluetooth to supply the perfect soundtrack for your South West journey.
Do you provide child restraint seats?
Yes, we can easily arrange the hire of a premium baby capsule or child restraint seat from an accredited external supplier for a standard daily fee. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to bring and install your own equipment, as all of our luxury vehicles come equipped with the required Australian standard safety anchor points.
Can I include self-guided hiking on the Cape to Cape track as part of my tour?
Yes, we can effortlessly manage all the logistics and drop-offs for self-guided walkers. For example, you can travel in style to the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse to begin the iconic 13.75 km coastal walk to Yallingup. Upon completion, your chauffeur will meet you at the finish line to transfer your group to a premium winery for a reward tasting, a celebratory long lunch, or straight back to your accommodation. Local tip: The absolute best seasonal windows to experience the track are Spring and Autumn.
Can I include other regional attractions in my tour?
Yes, our private itineraries are entirely flexible. You can beautifully balance a day of tastings with the region's famous non-wine highlights, including premier art hubs like Yallingup Galleries, The Studio Gallery, or REDSEA Gallery. We can also include iconic natural wonders such as a stroll along the historic Busselton Jetty, a breathtaking cruise through the towering Boranup Karri Forest, coastal lookouts at Meelup Beach, Eagle Bay, Yallingup, or Smiths Beach, underground tours of ancient limestone caves, or panoramic views from Cape Naturaliste and Cape Leeuwin lighthouses.
Can Chauff-Her arrange other exclusive experiences for our tour?
We delight in adding unique, curated elements to your itinerary to create a truly memorable day out. Ask us about arranging a private Meet the Winemaker 101 tasting, a boutique chocolate and wine pairing session, a scenic Paint & Sip experience, an elegant gourmet High Tea, or an exclusive behind-the-scenes Winery Estate visit. For corporate or private groups looking for something completely tailored, we specialize in custom Meet the Makers foodie tours, as well as curated Mystery Tours designed to surprise and delight. (Note: Certain specialty bookings and estate visits require 1 to 2 weeks' notice to secure).
