What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits (50% of full fare) are non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days of the service.

To receive a full refund, the booking must be cancelled in writing to bookings@chauff-her.com.au no less than 7 days before the service date.

If the cancellation is COVID related (proof required) then your deposit will be held in credit to use on rescheduling.

Do you provide airport transfers?

Yes, we provide airport transfers to and from:

  • Perth Domestic Airport

  • Perth International Airport

  • Busselton and Margaret River Airports.  This includes private helicopter flights into/out Busselton and Margaret River.

What happens if my flight is delayed or early?

We will track your flight to ensure we are able to accommodate any changes to your flight schedule.

Can alcohol be consumed in Chauff-Her’s vehicle?

No alcohol is to be consumed in the vehicle.  You are welcome to purchase alcohol from the local wineries, breweries and distilleries and we can transport your purchases home safely unopened for you.

Can non-alcoholic drinks be consumed in the vehicle?

Yes they can!  Chauff-Her provides bottled water and refresher towels.

What happens if I am sick in the vehicle?

Chauff-Her will charge you a ‘soiling charge’ of between $200-$300 when a passenger vomits or soils the vehicle.

Can Chauff-Her plan the itinerary for your wine, beer or gin tour?

Yes, Chauff-Her is happy to customise a full itinerary for your wine tour and can include visits to breweries, gin distilleries, providores and include other experiences in the itinerary.  Chauff-Her is happy to assist in recommending and booking lunch venues.

Do you have music in the vehicle?

Chauff-Her has an extensive music playlist.  Guests are welcome to Bluetooth their own music through the car audio system.

Do you have a child restraint seat?

If you require a baby capsule or child restraint seat, Chauff-Her can arrange to hire one from an external supplier for a $60/day fee.  Alternatively, you are welcome to provide your own.  The vehicle has the required safety fixtures.

Can I include self guided hiking of the Cape to Cape as part of the tour?

Yes, Chauff-Her can recommend the popular Cape to Cape hikes for the for self-guided walkers and arrange transfers and all logistics of your itinerary.   You might like to be transferred in a stylish van to the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and enjoy the 13.75 km walk to Yallingup. Following the walk, Chauff-Her can arrange to meet you and transfer you to a premium winery for tastings, a delicious lunch or to your accommodation.  The best seasonal times to walk the CTC Track are Spring & Autumn.

Can I include other attractions in my tour?

Yes, you can include any of the following 

  • Busselton Jetty

  • Boranup Karri Forest – one of the best sights in the region

  • Beaches – Meelup, Eagle Bay, Yallingup and Smiths Beach

  • Caves – Yallingup or Margaret River

  • Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse  (an easy climb of 59 stairs) or Leeuwin Lighthouse  (Australia’s tallest lighthouse  where two oceans meet (176 steps)

  • Vasse Virgin Olive Oil and skin care products

  • Other olive oil and chocolate artisans

Can Chauff-Her include ‘other experiences’ in the tour?

Yes, ask Chauff-Her about the following experiences

  • Meet the Winemaker 101 wine tasting

  • Wine and chocolate tasting 

  • Paint & Sip at a winery

  • High Tea at a winery or….Maison LASSIAILLE - The Art of French Dessert and Chocolate

  • Wine in the vines at Fraser Gallop (seasonal)

  • Winery Estate visit (at least 1 week notice required)

  • Private Meet the Makers & Foodie Wine Lover tours ... If you are a private or corporate group looking for a unique and special wine, food and produce experience

  • Mystery tour (at least 2 week notice required)

Does Chauff-Her have a relevant license?

As per the Road Transport Act 2018, Chauff-Her holds a PTD, PTV and ODBS which means we are operating legally and therefore, your safety is not compromised.
