WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All deposits (50% of full fare) are non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days of the service date (unless exceptional circumstances apply – COVID is NOT an exceptional circumstance).
To receive a full refund, the booking must be cancelled in writing to bookings@chauff-her.com.au no less than 7 days before the service date.
If the cancellation is COVID related (proof required) then your deposit will be held in credit to use on rescheduling.
DO YOU PROVIDE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?
We provide airport transfers to and from Busselton and Margaret River Airports only. This includes private helicopter flights into/out Busselton and Margaret River.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED or EARLY?
We will track your flight to ensure we are able to accommodate any changes to your flight schedule.
CAN ALCOHOL BE CONSUMED IN YOUR VEHICLE?
The consumption of liquor supplied by the passengers in the Chauff-Her vehicle is allowed subject to provisions under the Liquor Control Act 1988. Trips must be a minimum of 1 hour duration. No minors to consume alcohol. No alcohol on trips to and from school functions. Chauff-Her must be consulted prior to drinking alcohol in the vehicle.
You are welcome to purchase alcohol from the local wineries, breweries and distilleries and we can transport your purchases home safely unopened for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M SICK INSIDE THE VEHICLE?
Chauff-Her has a $300 ‘cleaning charge’ when a passenger vomits or soils the vehicle.
CAN NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS BE CONSUMED IN YOUR VEHICLE?
Yes they can! Chauff-Her provides bottled water and refresher towels.
CAN CHAUFF-HER PLAN THE ITINERARY FOR YOUR WINE, BEER OR GIN TOUR?
Yes, Chauff-Her is happy to customise a full itinerary for your wine, beer or gin tour and can also assist in recommending lunch venues.
DO YOU HAVE MUSIC IN THE VEHICLE?
Chauff-Her has an extensive music playlist. Guests are welcome to play their own CDs or stream favourite tunes via bluetooth.
DO YOU HAVE A CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT?
If you require a baby capsule or child restraint seat, Chauff-Her can arrange to hire one from an external supplier for a $50/day fee. Alternatively, you are welcome to provide your own. The vehicle has the required safety fixtures.
CAN CHAUFF-HER PLAN THE ITINERARY FOR YOUR TOUR?
Yes, Chauff-Her is happy to customise a full itinerary for your wine, beer or gin tour and can also assist in recommending lunch venues.
CAN I INCLUDE SELF GUIDED HIKING OF THE CAPE TO CAPE AS PART OF THE TOUR?
Yes, Chauff-Her can recommend the popular Cape to Cape hikes for the for self-guided walkers and arrange transfers and all logistics of your itinerary. You might like to be transferred in a stylish van to the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and enjoy the 13.75 km walk to Yallingup. Following the walk, Chauff-Her can arrange to meet you and transfer you to a premium winery for tastings, a delicious lunch or to your accommodation. The best seasonal times to walk the CTC Track are Spring & Autumn.

WHAT IS YOUR COVID-19 POLICY?
The WA Government has said that mask wearing is no longer mandatory in public vehicles – but is still recommended where social distancing is not practical.
DOES CHAUFF-HER HAVE A RELEVANT LICENCE?
As per the Road Transport Act 2018, Chauff-Her holds a PTD, PTV and ODBS which means we are operating legally and therefore, your safety is not compromised.
